How to Reach the Venue

From Milan Airports

Madrid is served by the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport, one of Europe’s major international hubs, located approximately 18 km from the Puerta de Toledo Campus. The airport provides direct connections to cities worldwide and frequent domestic flights.

From the airport, you can reach the campus using:

  • Metro : Line 8 connects the airport to the city center. Transfer to Line 5 at Nuevos Ministerios and disembark at Puerta de Toledo station.
  • Taxi : Approx. €30–€40, with a fixed flat rate of €30 to the city center.
  • Bus : The Airport Express Bus operates 24/7 and stops at Atocha Station, a short metro or taxi ride from the campus.

Rail Travel

Madrid’s railway network is extensive, with Atocha Station being the nearest major hub to the campus, located approximately 2 km away. It serves national and international trains, including the AVE high-speed rail connecting cities like Barcelona, Seville, and Valencia.
From Atocha Station:

  • Metro : Line 1 to Gran Vía, then transfer to Line 5 to Puerta de Toledo station.
  • Taxi : Approx. €10–€15 to the campus.

Public Transport in Madrid

Madrid’s public transport system, including metro, buses, and commuter trains, offers convenient options for reaching the campus:

  • Metro : Puerta de Toledo station (Line 5) is just a short walk from the campus.
  • Bus : Multiple EMT Madrid bus routes stop at or near Puerta de Toledo.

Road Travel

If traveling by car, the campus is easily accessible via Madrid’s road network. Parking options are available nearby, though public transport is recommended due to traffic and limited parking in the city center.
